1. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your order by returning the ENTIRE ORDER for a refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt.

We cannot refund returned orders that are received after the 14 day deadline. Please email us on feifeisbow@gmail.com before returning your order. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. Please ensure everything is securely packaged as we cannot refund anything that is returned damaged. The order must be identifiable with your order number which may be found on your accompanying invoice, where our address may also be found. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

3. Shortages and Incorrect Deliveries

In the unlikely event your order arrives with shortages, it is essential that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt or we will not be able to rectify the problem. Please email us on feifeisbow@gmail.com. if we have sent you an incorrect item /s in error, we do require photographic evidence to be emailed before we rectify the mistake.
